Your Own Adsense Type Network

May 23rd, 2009

There has been a lot of talk on the boards over the last couple of weeks about big problems (read bigger than the usual problems) with Adsense. Some very large publishers in different industries have been reporting huge swings in CTR, ECPM and revenue – seemingly somehow tied into the latests few Adsense updates and downtime.

A lot of publishers have been discussing alternatives such as YPN, pubCenter, Kontera and Intellitxt. Others have been discussing looking more seriously at in-house ad sales. Read more…

Common Questions Part 3

April 1st, 2009

If you haven’t read the previous 2 posts of common questions you’ll probably be better off started there, you can see them at part 1 and part 2.

In this third part I’ll be addressing some of the most frequent questions about monetisation and revenue generation on the Inter Sites.

Q. Do the Inter Sites make money?

A. Yes of course! Although we try and make advertising as unobtrusive as possible (no popups, popunders, overlays etc) the Inter Sites is a commercial network and makes money via advertising.
